About my job

As a salesperson, I have improved my multitasking skills and communication skills to suit each individual’s work style.

Overall, the sales department is mainly focusing on sales numbers. Currently, I am mainly responsible for order and forecast work. My job is to check the purchase order after receiving an order from the customer, compile the data then submit it to the production planning department, and confirm the production quantity and shipping date. Besides, since the forecasts directly affect circulation, I regularly check the changes in data for comparison.
In addition, I am also in charge of new models, such as receiving information about new models from customers, checking the status of parts and materials with related departments, production lead times, and shipping dates to report to my superiors and follow up after that.

Experienced as a salesperson, your multitasking skills will be improved since you have to set the priorities of your task. Besides, collaborating with a variety of people will train your communication skills to suit each individual’s work style.

Challenging

Task prioritizing is what is important to make everything smoothly run forward to the intended goal.

What I like about my job is that I can develop my multitasking skills. To be honest, I have a lot of work to do, but since I have to organize my work, solve problems, and prioritize in order to achieve my goals, that is why I can develop those abilities.
Besides, I also like that there are many opportunities to communicate with people both within and outside the department. Even if it messes up sometimes, I still enjoy my work.

I think it is challenging for me to not know what is going to happen every day.
It is a daily challenge to be nervous at work when unexpected tasks or problems suddenly arise.
Since this is my first job, I did not know how to work at the beginning, how sales work, or what the processes involved in manufacturing, but once I started doing it, I started to understand it more and more.

Life goal

Keep my work in the best performance while supporting the team members, and pushing the sales team beyond our best to become even stronger.

Speaking of my goals as a salesperson, it is definitely about the new models. If we receive new orders, therefore, means we get more orders and production. To achieve this, I will do my best in my job while supporting my team members so that our sales team can become stronger.

My personal goal is to acquire more knowledge and become more eager. Currently, since I do not have much knowledge in each field, so I think it would be useful for my work if I gained more basic knowledge. For example, if I understand the production process, I will be able to have better conversations with customers.
